To mark 200 years since the work was carried through to build

the school on the site on Town Lane it seems apt to look at how the school has developed and the history of events and characters over these two centuries since the Reverend William Marsh of the Congregational Chapel (Top Chapel) recognised the need for the young people of Charlesworth to be educated.
